Free conversations, weekly accountability, and a few real workshops a year for women figuring out Midlife and Beyond, without pretending they've got it figured out.
Jen runs AYS: Online Community for Thriving Older Adults. Selena is a former therapist and grief and decluttering coach. Between the two of us we've spent years watching what actually helps people at this stage of life, and it's rarely another expert telling you what to do. It's someone showing up next to you.
Everything here is the two of us, 50/50, no separate teams behind it. If you've been part of Life Lately or Wiser Minds already, you already know how this goes.
"You don't need motivation. You need someone in the room."
Bills. Memoir. The Pile. The Novel. Clutter. Whatever's been sitting there, yearning to Get Done.
We haven't done it either. That's kind of the point.
No camera required. No small talk. No one checking your work.
Four seasons, four questions, one year of showing up together.
The invisible weight women accumulate, responsibilities, emotional labour, expectations nobody asked you to hold. What are you allowed to put down?
On identity through a changing life, who you were, who others need, and who you actually are now. You don't have to become the woman you used to be.
Permission to want something again, not goals, just genuine curiosity. What still lights you up?
Joy doesn't have to wait until everything else is handled. Being present for your own life, starting now.
Real hours, real work, hosted by the two of us together.
End-of-life planning can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be done all at once. "Both Selena and Jen are knowledgeable and empathetic, they have complementary and reinforcing approaches, good rapport. Interesting how things evolve as they interact. Low-key and unrushed."
"I decided to invest in myself by joining. The coaches helped me figure out what is important for me and showed me ways to improve my everyday life."
"I wondered if I should join, I've been retired 25 years. I'm glad I did, it helped to refocus on what's important in life. Even small wins are good."
"Please give yourself permission to receive this. You are worthy to receive this life enhancing gift. What I received from Selena and Jen restored my hope."
Jen and Selena, talking honestly about what life is bringing up, the messy, meaningful, and everything in between. Be part of it through the live chat.

No. Selena is a former therapist and her current background is in grief and decluttering coaching, but these calls and workshops aren't clinical sessions. If you need one-on-one support, we'll point you somewhere that can actually give you that.
Never required. Show up however you can.
Get It Done Club and the workshops are live, so plan around the scheduled time where you can. If that changes and we start offering replays, this page will say so.
